It’s here! My second story for 2023 and second story with Clarkesworld Magazine, “Bek, Ascendant”. I really enjoyed writing this story, partially because I’ve had this idea (in part) since I first became obsessed with The Mummy (1999.) Hope everyone has fun reading it.
