I admit that I haven’t been feeling these holidays. Sure, it was nice to spend the last weeks of 2021 at home on vacation, especially given the everything going on, but I just never mustered the excitement. As we begin a new year, I can only hope that things are going to improve from here on. I have things to look forward to, tentative goals I’ve set, but more than that, I want things to be better for everyone. We have lost a lot. Some things have worsened rather than improved. May this year be better than the last for us all, even if it’s just a little bit.
