I’ve seen/heard a lot of writers talk about this thing where a lot of writing involves keeping secrets. Well kind of. Sometimes you have a project that you have been working that you’re working on that you can’t talk about for various reasons. Sometimes you’ve signed a contract but nothing is announced. I…am not very good about talking about things in general, so self-promo is difficult.
Not quite difficult. My new story is out at Clarkesworld this month just in time for my birthday.
But back to secrets. I have nothing profound to say, or how being a writer somehow perfectly aligns with my being a Scorpio (there are writers across the signs, you know) but I am working on a thing. Not the novel thing, but another writing thing that I really hope works out. It’s going to be fun to announce if it happens.
